Our trainers are skilled and experienced in the field in which they offer training. We keep up to date with developments in the property sector and changing job requirements. Here is an introduction to some of our people.
BRONNY EATHER State Manager NSW
An experienced trainer, Bronny brings peace, calm and good cheer to the position and the team. She helps students stay on track with her communication scdedules; especially, during the pandemic, she has been a godsend in keeping them on track and keeping up their morale.
Wendy is an Armidale-based trainer who brings to the organisation senior-level experience in real estate and stock and station, property management and asset management.
Peter has worked as a real estate agent and a business broker as well as in strata. He is an entrepreneur. From time to time, when the drive becomes too powerful, Peter engages in some property development.
Joan Pierpoint has been a solicitor and conveyancer for over 30 years, and carries out legal and conveyancing training for Academic Pavilion. She operates out of Port Macquarie in New South Wales.
Kerry is an experienced real estate agent and very established in the Camden community. Kerry also runs her own RTO, Real Estate Explained.
Laura is an executive assistant working across the organisation. She has a degree in criminology and is interested is things like physics and old farm machinery. She likes spreadsheets and thinking!
Our IT person responsible for taking us online! We look forward to seeing where he takes us. Nathan works out of the Adelaide office and is also studying at the University of Adelaide.
Ahu is an excutive assistant operating out of the Adelaide office. She has a degree in human resources from her home country of Turkey. She has a brilliant understanding of customer service.
Xavier handles all of the AVETMISS reporting, a lot of the contract management and anything IT. He has a Bachelor of Science in IT specialising in software architecture. He plays the ukulele.
Lyn Melville is the founding CEO. She looks after the trainers, students, employers and compliance issues. She’s always happy to talk to people on the phone and sometimes talks for too long! Lyn is an economist and educator and strives to provide the very best experience for every person who has contact with the RTO.
