THE TEAM

All of our trainers have extensive and long-lasting experience in the property sector and in vocational education and training. All trainers are registered agents with the NSW Office of Fair Trading. We keep up to date with developments in the property sector and developments and requirements of VET. Here is an introduction to some of our people.

TARA KELLY

Tara hails from Forbes; she is an experienced real estate and stock and station agent. Tara is calm, patient and focused on the big picture and the small details: how to help her students move through the course at hand.

WENDY KELLY

Wendy is an Armidale-based trainer who brings to the organisation senior-level experience in real estate and stock and station agency, especially property management and asset management.

PETER MARKEY

Gloucester-based Peter brings a wealth of experience to his training. Peter is heavily engaged in selling, at the moment, small rural farms and he also finds the time to do some training for Academic Pavilion.

PETER ONUS

Peter has worked as a real estate agent and a business broker as well as in strata. He is an entrepreneur: he also works on developing tourism apps for local councils and from time to time, when the drive becomes too powerful, engages in some property development.

IVIE PIERPOINT

Ivie Pierpoint has worked in the legal services industry for over 20 years. She is a qualified conveyancer and VET trainer. Ivie operates out of Port Macquarie.

LYN MELVILLE

Lyn Melville is the founding CEO. She looks after the trainers, students, employers and compliance issues. She’s always happy to talk to people on the phone and sometimes talks for too long! Lyn is an economist and educator and strives to provide the very best experience for every person who has contact with the RTO.
